When it comes to wellness routines, we’re each unique in our wants and needs, and so it’s important to tailor your routine to what works for you.

BUT, with that being said, there’s one thing in particular that BossBabe CEO Natalie just couldn’t live without in hers.

Keep reading to find out what that is…

An effective wellness routine is about so much more than just health, fitness, beauty (and beauty sleep!).

Having a regular routine will positively affect all areas of your life – including the bossing of your business!

With better exercise, better hydration, nutrition (and supplementation), better play and rest you’ll feel more energized to take on the day and be more productive as a result… meaning you’ll get more done, and feel better doing it! 

There’s no doubt about it that a happier, healthier you means a more successful you…

But here’s the thing.

Your wellness routine is preeetty personal.

We could recommend the specific steps we take, but we don’t know what’s going to work for you.

Trialing and testing what feels best for your mind and body is a radical act of self-love and self-care, and so we’re not here to tell you exactly what you should be doing. That wouldn’t be authentic. That would be out of integrity.

…Maybe, like Natalie, you’ve mastered meditation, and fit in fifteen minutes religiously morning and evening… or perhaps you struggle to switch off and sit still, and prefer to take a stroll while you listen to a podcast.

…Maybe a quick smoothie in a morning is your good day go-to, or perhaps the ritual of preparing a nutritious breakfast makes you feel more nourished.

…Maybe you get a kick out of going to the gym to workout, or perhaps the yoga mat is where it’s at for you. 

What works for one person might not work for the next, and that’s a-okay.

One thing’s for sure though – keeping things simple is the way to go.

Yup. Consistency comes from building habits, but the easier that regular wellness routines are, the more likely you are to keep them up. This means small, more manageable acts that you can implement frequently are much more effective than big bursts of stop-start action.

Think about it like this… if you’re looking to up your water intake, you’re going to be much more likely to stick to one extra glass a day than trying to drink 2 liters right away, don’t you think? 

This applies to so many other scenarios, too. Literally everything you want is on the other side of consistency – wellness routine, or otherwise. 

For example, if you’re hoping to grow your social, you’re going to need to be posting regularly… we at BossBabe post 4 times a day! If you deeply desire more organization in your business, regular team meetings are a must. If you’re wanting to have a successful launch after successful launch, rinse and repeat methods will work best.

If you’re looking to make practically anything in your life part of your practice, consistency is key, and for that reason, Natalie makes sure her wellness routine is simple enough to stick to.
