Stress and anxiety are inevitable problems for entrepreneurs. How are you supposed to manage?
Today, I am here to walk you through the causes of stress and anxiety and how to manage them during your entrepreneurial journey.
It may not be what you think, read on.
Tip #1 – Don’t say it
Stress and anxiety is very much a spiritual hurdle that we must overcome as entrepreneurs. Law of Attraction, anyone?
When you say that you are suffering from stress and anxiety, you will be more likely to suffer even more from stress and anxiety.
I know, I know. You have heard that before. But there comes a time in any entrepreneur’s journey when you must ask “Why am I constantly struggling with stress and anxiety?”
Be mindful about how you talk about your emotions and stress levels. If you complain about how stressful your way is, stop yourself. If you complain about how much an interview gave you anxiety, stop yourself. If you complain about how overwhelmed you feel, stop yourself.
I challenge you to spend the next 48 hours without complaining. Spend the next 48 hours not mentioning stress, anxiety, or overwhelm. It may seem impossible, but after 48 hours, you not want to revert back to using negative language to describe your situation.
Tip #2 – Delegate
The spiritual side of stress and anxiety is a major hurdle to overcome. Now, here are some practical steps to help you overcome stress and anxiety as an entrepreneur.
- Hire some help.
- Take a much-needed break.
- Ask for tips from fellow entrepreneurs.
- Implement a fantastic self-care routine that you will crave.
- Revaluate why you are doing what you are doing. Are your motives, correct?
Tip #3 – Ask for help
If you cannot hire someone at this time, make sure you reach out to the ladies in your online community who can help you out and help you work through problems as they arise. There are women (especially your online tribe), who are more than willing to assist and give you massive value as you work through your entrepreneurial journey.

Tip #4 – Take a natural route
One of the major physical causes of stress and anxiety is a build-up of bad surroundings, pressure from our work-load, and outside toxins. To combat these, must have a plan to detox and manage stress and anxiety, the right way.
Natural methods for stress and anxiety relief are often overlooked when a busy schedule takes over. I encourage you to practice yoga, develop a morning routine, use an artisan essential oil blend for anxiety, take that nap, go for that hike, connect with inspirational women who inspire you and make you happy. Be sure to do the things that are guaranteed to release serotonin in your brain, every day. Schedule these activities into your agenda!
